These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the website www.octune.in (“Website”) and the purchase of products offered by Octune, a brand of Kristal Hardware & Plywood, based in Bangalore, India. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use this Website.
1. General
The Website is owned and operated by Kristal Hardware & Plywood (“Company”).
All content on the Website, including product descriptions, images, text, and logos, is the property of the Company and protected by applicable laws.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at its discretion. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
2. Eligibility
By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into contracts.
If you are accessing the Website on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Products & Orders
All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
The Company reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its sole discretion, including where product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions occur.
Acceptance of an order shall be deemed complete once payment has been received and the order is confirmed by the Company.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments shall be made via the payment gateways integrated on the Website. The Company is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors arising from third-party payment providers.
In the event of cancellation or refund, payment gateway charges and associated fees shall be borne by the customer, unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary (typically 2–10 working days) depending on the shipping address and third-party logistics provider.
The Company shall not be liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party courier/shipping providers.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been dispatched.
6. Returns & Cancellations
Returns are not accepted, except in cases specifically mentioned on the product page or in extraordinary circumstances at the Company’s sole discretion.
Approved returns must be shipped back by the customer, and all transport and payment gateway charges shall be borne by the customer.
Orders may be cancelled without penalty within 30 minutes of placement. After 30 minutes and before dispatch, cancellations are permitted, but payment gateway charges will be deducted from the refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
7. Warranties & Liabilities
Products are sold “as is” and are covered only by such warranties (if any) as explicitly mentioned on the Website or product documentation.
The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, profits, or data, arising out of the use of the Website or products.
Maximum liability of the Company, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
