Our journey began with Kristal Hardware & Plywood, founded in 2008. What started as a trusted name in plywood and hardware soon evolved into Octune — a design-driven brand focused on luxury fittings for kitchens, wardrobes, and interiors.

Octune was co-founded by Ankit Barola, Nalin Barola, and Pranjal Barola, who share a common vision — to make premium architectural hardware accessible across India while upholding quality and craftsmanship.
Standard Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 2 working days. Delivery takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
24-Hour Delivery (Bangalore Only): Available for select pin codes within Bengaluru. Orders placed before 1:00 PM are delivered within 1 business day at a flat rate of ₹500.
We ship using trusted third-party logistics partners. While we ensure timely dispatch, delivery timelines may vary based on courier network and local conditions.
Free Shipping is applicable on all orders placed under Standard Shipping.
Every Octune product is professionally packed using sturdy materials to prevent transit damage. Despite careful handling, we are not liable for damages that occur during transportation.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp.
You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it — completely free.
After 30 minutes and before dispatch, cancellations are possible but payment gateway fees will be deducted from the refund.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
We do not accept returns unless explicitly mentioned on the product page.
However, in exceptional cases, you may contact support@octune.in , Return acceptance is at our sole discretion, and if approved, shipping and payment charges will be borne by the customer.
