A. Standard Shipping
Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 2 working days of confirmation.
Delivery Timeline: Delivery generally takes 2 to 10 working days, depending on the customer’s location and the third-party courier’s network.
Responsibility: We maintain strict professional timelines; however, delays caused by third-party logistics are beyond our direct control.
Packaging: All products are securely and neatly packed to minimize transit damage. Octune will not be liable for any damage or loss caused during transportation.
Right to Decline Orders : Octune reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion.
B. 24-Hour Delivery (Available in Bengaluru Only)
Service Availability: This service is exclusively available for addresses within Bangalore city limits (Selected Pin-codes).
Dispatch & Delivery: Eligible orders will be delivered within 1 business day of confirmation.
Shipping Charge: A flat rate of ₹500 applies to all 24-hour delivery orders.
Conditions:
Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM to qualify for next-day delivery.Deliveries are made through dedicated local logistics partners.Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen factors such as weather, traffic, or courier constraints.Exclusions: Oversized or bulk orders may not qualify for 24-hour delivery. Customers will be informed prior to dispatch in such cases.
Return Policy
General Policy: Returns are not accepted, unless specifically mentioned on the respective product page.
Exceptional Cases: In extraordinary circumstances, customers may contact us at support@octune.in. Any acceptance of returns will be at the sole discretion of Octune.
Costs: If a return is approved, associated shipping, transport, and payment gateway charges will be borne by the customer.

After 30 Minutes & Before Dispatch: Cancellations made after 30 minutes but before dispatch will incur payment gateway charges, which will be deducted from the refund.
Post Dispatch: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
